Below you will find a great glossary of the Dino Crisis games. The only one of its kind.
Ozymandias
This is the huge spaceship featured in Dino Crisis 3. There are a lot of rooms, computers and secret passages. The mother computer controls everything.
Barney
Barney is a purple dinosaur featured in a TV series for very young children. Rick cracks a joke about it in the first game after Regina mentions that they were attacked by a dinosaur, which was a Velociraptor.
Edward City
Edward City is the fictional Midwestern American city, first mentioned and seen in the Capcom survival horror video game Dino Crisis 2. It was sent to the 'new' Jurassic period (fan-made period) which is approximately in the year 3,000,000; sometime in 2010 after a Third Energy experiment caused Third Energy to overload and made Edward City dissapear into another time frame.
Edward City also shares some similarities to that of Raccoon City in the Resident Evil video game series as well.
Third Energy
Don't ask me what in the hell this is. However Dr. Kirk seems to be fascinated by it, and he even faked his own death to continue his research away from the prying eyes of the government. In the process, he inadvently caused a historical disturbance, causing the dinosaurs to re-appear in our time on Ibis Island.
Ibis Island
This is the island that the first Dino Crisis game covers. It is a large facility purposely built for Third Energy research. Many of the areas are password protected, making escape difficult or near impossible.
Seyfert
The Seyfert was a probe ship. in the year 2548 it was destroyed by the Ozymandias colony ship. All hands were lost apart from 4 who escaped from the Seyferts shuttle before it exploded.
S.O.A.R.
S.O.A.R. or Special Operations And Reconnaissance is a Special Forces Agency. During the Events of Dino Crisis III, they were inspecting the reappearence of the Ozymandais when their ship was destroyed by the ship. A shuttle was launched shortly before being destroyed itself.
